All members of our Auburn North staff believe that if our students love their school more than anything and everything is possible, including each student not only reaching but actually exceeding their full potential academically, socially, emotionally, physically, creatively and technologically.
The happy smiles on the faces of our students every single day and the focussed way in which they participate in their learning all the time are very strong indicators that our students love their school.
I recently received another type of evidence in the form of a hand-written letter from one of our young students and it certainly would seem that she loves attending Auburn North Public School. For your reading pleasure, I have reproduced their letter below.
‘WHY I LOVE MY SCHOOL'
Dear Mr Harris,
"I love my school for many different reasons. I have lovely friends and teachers and our parents are so kind. I really enjoy learning with my teachers and my classmates. During lessons I love being creative with my work and I take pride in my achievements. Learning is great fun!
I always show my school values including respect, kindness and honesty. At playtime, I love getting outside and playing different games with my many school friends. I love my school. It's the best school in the whole world and thousands of students have enjoyed learning in our school because it is the best."
