Lunchbox Ideas
A healthy lunch box contributes to a more focused and alert learner. Here are some lunchbox ideas to help make better decisions about what your child is eating.
- Sandwich or wrap, choose wholegrain with a healthy filling (chicken, lamb, egg, lettuce or cheese)
- Fruit, vegetables (chopped carrot, cucumber, celery)

Ask your child to help pack their lunch box. Encourage them to make better choices each time. Start by swapping one item of food for a healthier item.
