To ensure that Auburn North continues to lead the way in technology-based teaching and learning, to maximise student learning, we have developed a partnership with Mr John Goh, Principal of Merrylands East Public School, and with his school. Both Mr Goh and Merrylands East are acknowledged across Australia as outstanding, innovative ICT leaders.
Our two schools have been successful in receiving an ‘Innovation Grant' of $25,000.00 from the ‘Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership' in Melbourne, one of this nation's leading educational organisations, to develop innovative ICT programs and practices to further improve learning in both schools.
This is an extraordinarily exciting step in our school's continued development. Early next term, Mr Goh and I will be inviting all Auburn North parents to a meeting in our school to explain how we are going to use the $25,000.00 grant to benefit your children.
